Daptiv PPM is delivered using the SaaS model. The software and all data are centralised and stored on a server at Daptiv Solutions, LLC. Daptiv Solutios, LLC guarantees data privacy according to international guidelines. This is done by means of an appropriate architecture of the software, an ISO 27001 certification, and a Safe Harbor certification.

'Safe Harbor' is a special data protection agreement between the European Union and the United States that enables European Organisations to transfer personal information legally to the U.S.A.
